IDS specializes in developing the detailed design drawings and  engineering documentation required for the industrial power and steam generating boiler industry.  IDS has provided project support on both Domestic and International projects for many of the power industry's leading suppliers of Combustion Power, Power Utility, Waste-to-Energy, Heat Recovery Steam (HRSG) and Cogeneration Power plant facilities.

• Boiler, Pressure Vessel & Pressure Piping components are designed and engineered in accordance with current industry standards and codes including; ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code, Sections I, II & VIII, ASME/ANSI Power Piping Codes, B.31.1, B31.3 and MSS Standard Practices.

• Platework, Air & Gas Ducting & Supporting Structures are designed and engineered in accordance with current industry codes and standards including; ASCE, ANSI, ASTM, AISC, AWS, ICBO-UBC, IBC and BOCA, as required per project.

• IDS has complete 3-Dimensional plant modeling capabilities.  All Drawings & Documentation are produced in accordance with current design and drafting standards including; ASME ANSI Y14 Series of Standards for Drafting Practices and ASME Y14.5M Standard for Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
